Bridal hair and make-up for a wedding at Stanhill Court
Monica’s colourful and romantic August wedding was held at Stanhill Court, a popular wedding venue near to Horley in Surrey: https://www.stanhillcourthotel.co.uk/
Stanhill Court is a country manor house surrounded by acres of woodland, with views over the Surrey Hills. It has a variety of ceremony rooms, including the Amphitheatre situated in the gardens.

To create Monica’s bridal make-up look, I applied Charlotte Tilbury foundation in shade no. 4 to even out her skin tone, set with the Huda Beauty Easy Bake loose setting powder. I then warmed up her face with the Dior Forever Bronze bronzing powder in ‘4N’, and Clinique Cheek Pop blusher in ‘Melon Pop’, a gentle peach shade which is ideal for fair skin tones.
I applied the soft champagne and silvery tones from the Charlotte Tilbury ‘Exaggereyes’ eyeshadow palette on Monica’s lids, and then lined her eyes with a dark brown liquid eyeliner for definition, paired with some Ardell false lashes.
Finally, I applied NARS lip glosses in a mix of ‘Chelsea Girls’, which is a soft rosy nude and ‘Turkish Delight’, which is a light candy pink.
Monica wanted a simple mid-height up do to complement the high neck line of her sequinned wedding dress, so I created this, adding soft tendrils near her face.
