Brilliant ‘5 Minute Tooth Whitening Kit’
I’m not generally a huge fan of tooth whitening products, particularly whitening toothpastes, as they tend to promise the earth, and then don’t really do much. Well this product is the only one I’ve tried so far that really does work! The first time I tried it, I was astonished how much cleaner and whiter my teeth looked.
It is simply a gel that you squeeze into a soft plastic tray and then leave it your mouth to work its magic. Now, I know it says ‘5 minutes’ on the box, but I always leave mine in a bit longer for the full effect, and I’ve not experienced any tooth sensitivity at all – although I wouldn’t recommend whitening your teeth too often, just in case you damage your tooth enamel.
I made my husband try this, because he drinks a lot of coffee and red wine, which had stained his teeth, and he was very cynical too, until his teeth turned about three shades whiter!
